摘要
年终奖金的发放,对于企业员工激励管理具有重大的意义,但当前市场主流的年终奖金分配方案中指标的设定存在一定的局限性和主观性。本文以人寿保险分公司为对象,基于公平理论与利润分享的原则,结合寿险公司经营特点,运用量化手段,设计了由年终奖金包和超额年终奖金包组成的年终奖金激励系统,希望能为完善企业员工激励机制提供借鉴。
Year-end bonus plays a significant role in employee incentive management.However,there are certain limitations and subjectivity in common annual bonus strategies.This article attempts to design an incentive system for life insurance company branches quantitively,which consists of year-end bonus package and extra year-end bonus package,based on equity theory,profit share principle and operational characteristics of life insurance industry.Hopefully,the design can provide references and guidance in employee incentive management in further studies.
