摘要
压力容器一旦出现失效,不仅使本体遭到破坏,严重的还将发生泄露、火灾、爆炸等事故,因此,对在用压力容器进行定期检验,能够提前发现事故隐患,消除设备风险。文章针对某省检验机构1 a内所检验的16 752台压力容器进行统计,针对检验中发现的380台风险隐患容器进行分析,从检验方法、检验部位、缺陷类型、产生原因等进行研究,提出不同类型设备的重点检验部位和检验方法,旨在为压力容器定期检验工作提供有价值的参考和指引。
Once a pressure vessel fails,it not only damages the body,but also causes serious accidents such as leakage,fire,and explosion.Regular inspection of in-service pressure vessels can detect potential accidents in advance and eliminate equipment risks.The article conducts a statistical analysis of 16 752 pressure vessels inspected by an inspection agency in a certain province within a year,and analyzes 380 risk or hidden danger vessels discovered during the inspection.It studies the inspection methods,inspection parts,defect types,and causes,and proposes key inspection parts and methods for different types of equipment.The aim is to provide valuable reference and guidance for regular inspection work of pressure vessels.
