基于PLC与组态技术的电气设备异常运行状态检测方法

摘要 随着电力系统智能化建设步伐的推进,内部电气设备种类、数量、复杂度、故障率等随之增加,为电力系统稳定运行带来了较大的挑战。为了保障电气设备的安全运行,提出基于PLC与组态技术的电气设备异常运行状态检测方法研究。引入PLC与组态技术设计电气设备运行状态监控架构,采集、传输电气设备运行数据,以此为基础,通过小波去噪法,采用去直流算法优化去噪法,预处理电气设备运行状态信号数据,提取预处理的信号数据特征,通过权重获取综合特征,并且构建电气设备异常运行状态检测函数,实现电气设备异常运行状态的检测。实验数据显示:提出方法应用后,电气设备运行数据采集完整度最大值为92%,异常运行电气设备占比与设置实验工况对应数值一致,充分证实了提出方法应用性能更优。 With the advancement of the intelligent construction of the power system,the type,quantity,complexity,and failure rate of internal electrical equipment have increased,posing a significant challenge to the stable operation of the power system.In order to ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment,a method for detecting abnormal operating conditions of electrical equipment based on PLC and configuration technology is proposed.Introducing PLC and configuration technology to design a monitoring architecture for the operating status of electrical equipment,collecting and transmitting operating data of electrical equipment,and based on this,through the wavelet denoising method and the de-DC algorithm,the denoising method is optimized to pre-process the signal data of the operating state of the electrical equipment,extract the features of the pre-processed signal data,obtain the comprehensive features by weight,and construct the abnormal operating state detection function of the electrical equipment to detect the abnormal operating state of the electrical equipment.Experimental data show that after the application of the proposed method,the maximum integrity value of electrical equipment operation data collection is 92%,and the proportion of abnormal operating electrical equipment is consistent with the corresponding value of the set experimental conditions,fully confirming that the proposed method has better application performance.
