摘要
针对某型号双冗余译码输出驱动电路设计了自动测试系统。基于对测试原理的分析,确定自动测试系统的整体设计;使用工控机、可编程设备及控制负载板完成系统整体架构设计,进而设计出硬件电路及软件程序,并对主要的电路芯片进行介绍。在实验中使用自动测试系统进行产品测试,与手动测试系统进行比较。结果显示,该自动测试系统表现出较高的效率与准确度,同时具有操作简便等优点。
An automatic test system is designed for a certain type of dual redundant decoding output drive circuit.Based on the analysis of the test principle,the overall design of the automatic test system is determined.Using industrial computer,programmable equipment and control load board to complete the overall architecture design of the system,and then design the hardware circuit and software program,and introduce the main circuit chips.In the experiment,the automatic test system is used to test the product and compared with the manual test system.The results show that the automatic test system shows high efficiency and accuracy,and has the advantages of simple operation.
