摘要
糖尿病心肌病是导致糖尿病患者生活质量下降和致死的主要并发症之一,中药在防治糖尿病心肌病方面具有独特的优势和显著的疗效,其作用机制主要体现在抑制心肌炎症反应、维持氧化应激动态平衡、降低心肌细胞凋亡这3个方面。该文基于炎症反应、氧化应激和细胞凋亡3个方面研究中药防治糖尿病心肌病的机制,找出其中的规律并发现其中的不足,为今后更好地研究中药防治糖尿病心肌病奠定基础,同时也为寻找进一步的研究方向提供新思路。
Diabetic cardiomyopathy is one of the main complications leading to decreased quality of life and death of diabetic patients.Chinese medicine has unique advantages and significant efficacy in the prevention and treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy.Its action mechanism is mainly manifested in inhibiting myocardial inflammatory reaction,inhibiting oxidative stress reaction and reducing the myocardial cell apoptosis.This article studies the mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating DCM from three aspects:inflammatory response,oxidative stress,and cell apoptosis.It identifies the patterns and shortcomings,laying a foundation for better research on traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating DCM in the future.At the same time,it also provides new ideas for finding further research directions.
