益肾活血通窍法对老化模型大鼠听皮层PEDF和氧化应激的影响

摘要 目的 观察益肾活血通窍方对老化模型大鼠听皮层PEDF、GSH、MDA、ROS表达水平的影响。方法 将45只大鼠随机分成空白组、模型组、中药组各15只。空白组腹腔注射生理盐水,模型组、中药组腹腔注射D-半乳糖。空白组、模型组灌服生理盐水,中药组灌服益肾活血通窍方,连续8周。检测各组大鼠听皮层GSH、MDA、ROS、PEDF表达水平。结果 与空白组相比,模型组听皮层MDA、ROS表达程度增高,PEDF、GSH表达程度降低。与模型组相比,中药组听皮层MDA、ROS表达程度降低,PEDF表达程度增高。结论 益肾活血通窍方通过调控PEDF及氧化应激水平起到保护老化模型大鼠听皮层的作用。 Objective Observe the effect of Yishen Huoxue Tongqiao formula on the expression levels of PEDF,GSH,MDA,and ROS in the auditory cortex of aging model rats.Methods Randomly divide 45 rats into a blank group,a model group,and TCM group,with 15 rats in each group.The blank group was intraperitoneally injected with physiological saline,while the model group and TCM group were intraperitoneally injected with D-galactose.The blank group and model group were orally administered with physiological saline,while the TCM group was orally administered with Yishen Huoxue Tongqiao formula for 8 consecutive weeks.Detect the expression levels of GSH,MDA,ROS,and PEDF in the auditory cortex of rats in each group.Results Compared with the blank group,the expression levels of MDA and ROS in the auditory cortex of the model group increased,while the expression levels of PEDF and GSH decreased.Compared with the model group,the expression level of MDA and ROS in the auditory cortex of the TCM group decreased,while the expression level of PEDF increased.Conclusion The Yishen Huoxue Tongqiao formula protects the auditory cortex of aging model rats by regulating PEDF and oxidative stress levels.
