摘要
阐述径向气磁轴承结构的原理,分析ANSYS CFX和Maxwell对气磁轴承静态特性的仿真过程,计算不同气膜厚度对主轴承载力的影响,节流孔对磁悬浮轴承的影响,气磁耦合场对变形量的影响。
This paper describes the principle of radial gas magnetic bearing structure,explores the simulation analysis of the static characteristics of gas magnetic bearings using ANSYS CFX and Maxwell,calculates the influence of different gas film thicknesses on the spindle bearing capacity,the influence of throttle holes on magnetic levitation bearings,and the influence of gas magnetic coupling field on deformation.
