炭粉骨架构建对气浮污泥浓缩脱水的影响

摘要 以改善某水厂气浮污泥沉淀浓缩效果为实验目的,在污泥浓缩处理前进行加药预处理,通过探索不同PAM投加量、不同比例的炭粉协同PAM调理气浮污泥,找到投加量最佳值。实验结果表明炭粉与PAM质量比为3∶1时,气浮污泥沉降时间从最开始的4.00 h缩减至0.82 h。煤质炭粉协同PAM调理气浮污泥主要是通过煤质炭粉本身具有的巨大比表面积和PAM具有的吸附架桥网捕能力改善了气浮污泥的沉降浓缩性能。 In order to improve the sedimentation and concentration effect of air floating sludge in a water plant,the pretreatment with dosing was carried out before the sludge concentration treatment.Through exploring the different PAM dosage and different proportions of charcoal powder and PAM to adjust the air floating sludge,the best value of dosage was found.The experimental results showed that when the mass ratio of carbon powder to PAM was 3∶1,the settling time of sludge was reduced from the initial 4.00 h to 0.82 h.The combination of coal-based charcoal powder and PAM improves the settling and concentration performance of air-based sludge mainly through the huge specific surface area of coal-based charcoal powder itself and the adsorption and bridging net trapping ability of PAM.
