摘要 研究突发性强对流天气的快速识别预警改进方法具有重大意义。强对流天气如暴风、冰雹等,对社区、经济和环境均会造成巨大破坏,及时、准确的预警能大大减少潜在的人员伤亡和经济损失。同时,随着气候变化,极端天气事件的频率和强度呈上升趋势,加强预警能力是应对这一挑战的关键。此外,高效的预警系统不仅能增强社区的应对与恢复能力,还可以提高公众的信任度和响应度,为整体社会的持续发展和稳定提供保障。 It was of great significance to study the rapid identification and early warning improvement methods for sudden severe convective weather.Severe convective weather such as storms and hail can cause significant damage to communities,economies,and the environment.Early and accurate warning can greatly reduce potential casualties and economic losses.Meanwhile,with climate change,the frequency and intensity of extreme weather events were on the rise,and strengthening early warning capabilities was the key to addressing this challenge.In addition,an efficient early warning system can not only enhance the community's response and recovery capabilities,but also enhance public trust and responsiveness,providing guarantees for the sustainable development and stability of the overall society.
