摘要
在分析医疗领域人工智能应用的现状和该领域存在的挑战性难题的基础上,聚焦研究医疗领域人工智能应用如何影响患者对医生的信任。对近6年国内外发表的相关文献(来源于领域8个权威数据库)进行筛选、综述和分析,将医疗领域人工智能应用分为诊断、治疗和康复3个应用类别。医疗领域人工智能应用在适应和改善医疗服务的同时,对传统医患关系也带来新挑战。探索性地提出了医疗领域人工智能应用中患者对医生信任的分析框架,并基于此分析框架,重点论述了医疗领域人工智能应用如何影响医患沟通、知识信息储备和环境条件,进而影响患者对医生的信任。本文研究表明,医疗领域人工智能应用能够通过影响医患沟通、知识信息储备和环境条件而有助于增强患者对医生的信任。建议应进一步建立和完善相关法律法规、引导医患双方自觉遵守伦理准则规范、强化质量监测和使用评估,以促进医疗领域人工智能的应用更好地增进患者对医生的信任。
This paper analyzes the applications and challenges of artificial intelligence in health care,focusing on how applications of artificial intelligence in health care affect patients trust in doctors.The relevant literature published at home and abroad in the past six years(from eight authoritative databases in the field)is screened,reviewed and analyzed.The applications of artificial intelligence in health care are divided into three categories:diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation.While the applications of artificial intelligence in health care adapt and improve medical services,it also brings new challenges to the traditional doctor-patient relationship.This paper proposes an exploratory framework for analyzing patients trust in doctors in the applications of artificial intelligence in health care.Based on this framework,the paper focuses on how the applications of artificial intelligence in health care affect doctor-patient communication,the access to knowledge and information,and environmental conditions,and then affect patients trust in doctors.This study shows that the applications of artificial intelligence in health care can enhance patients trust in doctors by influencing doctor-patient communication,the storage of knowledge and information,and environmental conditions.It is suggested that relevant laws and regulations should be further improved.Doctors and patients should consciously abide by ethical norms,and quality should be monitored and evaluated,so that the applications of artificial intelligence in health care can better enhance patients trust in doctors.
