摘要
工业有机废水具有很高的化学需氧量(COD),潜在污染风险大,已对生态环境构成严重挑战。本研究采用Fenton氧化法处理工业有机废水,通过单因素试验和正交试验分析FeSO_(4)·7H2O用量、H2O2用量和pH对COD去除率的影响。结果表明,Fenton氧化法能够有效去除工业有机废水中的COD,最佳工艺条件下,FeSO_(4)·7H2O用量为0.5 g,H2O2用量为2.0 mL,pH为3,COD去除率最佳。本研究为工业有机废水的高效处理提供有力支持。
Industrial organic wastewater has a high chemical oxygen demand(COD)and a high potential pollution risk,posing a serious challenge to the ecological environment.This study uses Fenton oxidation method to treat industrial organic wastewater,and analyzes the effects of FeSO4·7H2O dosage,H2O2 dosage,and pH on COD removal rate through single factor and orthogonal experiments.The results show that Fenton oxidation method can effectively remove COD from industrial organic wastewater,under the optimal process conditions,the optimal COD removal rate is achieved with a FeSO4·7H2O dosage of 0.5 g,H2O2 dosage of 2.0 mL,and pH of 3.This study provides strong support for the efficient treatment of industrial organic wastewater.
