摘要
城市轨道交通站点地区兼具“节点”和“场所”双重特征,通过回溯和系统梳理“节点-场所”模型提出及发展演变历程,深度剖析该模型应用拓展和发展脉络,将其分为“模型提出与完善、与TOD交叉融合、三维拓展”3个阶段,并对其应用和优化拓展方向进行讨论和反思。研究认为,源于欧洲城市再开发背景下提出的“节点-场所”模型具有定量分析优势和弹性评估框架,国内外学界从最初的单纯描述发展到站点分类和预测,逐步发展研究对城市再开发的推动作用,并与TOD理念进行互补和联动,但该模型在我国本土化应用实践中还需要继续加强国内城市站点地区持续性跟踪实证研究,应重视实地数据调研和网络数据校核,以期更好地促进轨道交通网络和站点全面融入到城市更新过程。
The urban rail transit station area is of great significance to urban regeneration and sustainable development for its dual characteristics of serving as a“node”and“place”.Through a systematic review of the proposal and evolution of the“node-place”model,the extended application and development of the model were analyzed,and it was divided into three stages,namely“model proposal and improvement,cross-integration with TOD,and three-dimensional expansion”,and its application and optimized expansion direction were discussed and reflected.It is concluded that the node-place model,which originated from the context of urban redevelopment in Europe,has the advantages of quantitative analysis and the framework of elasticity assessment.From the initial simple description to station classification and prediction,scholars in China and abroad have gradually studied its role in promoting urban redevelopment,which is complementary and linked with the concept of TOD.However,it is necessary to continue to strengthen the empirical research on continuous tracking of urban rail transit station areas in China and pay more attention to field data research and network data verification during the practice of the model in China,so as to better promote the full integration of rail transit networks and stations into the urban regeneration process.
