摘要
上海轨道交通18号线试验段(沈梅路站—工作井)盾构法区间隧道采用了承插式新型接头管片。为了解应用该新型管片的盾构法隧道衬砌结构的受力性能及变形情况,采用水土压力计和钢筋应力计对衬砌结构拼装过程中的外荷载和钢筋应力进行现场测试。研究结果表明:一是脱出盾尾阶段外侧荷载分布不均匀,整体上试验环底部荷载较大;同步注浆工况下外荷载更均匀,注浆时各测点荷载增加比较均匀,且注浆时的荷载峰值随盾构机的推进呈减小趋势;二是管片轴力与外荷载呈正相关,而弯矩分布规律并不明显,荷载稳定后弯矩基本对称分布。
The interval between Shenmei Road Station and the working shaft of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 18 adopts a new type of segment with socket joints.To understand the stress performance and deformation of the lining structure made of these new segments,the external load and reinforcement stress during the lining structure assembly process were tested on-site by water and soil pressure gauges and reinforcement stress gauges.The test results show that:1)The external load distribution is uneven on the segments when the segmental ring departs from the shield tail,and the load on the bottom of the test ring is large as a whole.Under the condition of synchronous grouting,the external load is more uniform;the load of each measuring point increases more evenly during grouting,and the peak load during grouting decreases with the advance of the shield.2)The axial force of the segment is positively related to the external load,but the distribution law of the bending moment is not obvious,and the bending moment is basically symmetrical after the load is stabilized.
