摘要
针对低价动力煤煤泥和选择性差的煤泥,采用射流空化原理,应用三物料分配器、多喷嘴气泡发生器、双精矿收集槽、反射锥、整流格栅和喷淋水环网等关键技术,开发了ZWF系列射流微泡浮选机。ZWF6500型射流微泡浮选机在葫芦素选煤厂的工业应用表明,浮选系统生产稳定,入料灰分平均33.08%,浮选精煤灰分7.50%~9.88%,浮选尾矿灰分75%以上,可燃体回收率86%以上,浮选效果良好。
A ZWF series jet microbubble flotation machine has been developed based on the principle of jet cavitation,using key technologies such as a three material distributor,a multi nozzle bubble generator,a double concentrate collection tank,a reflection cone,a rectification grid,and a spray water ring network for low-priced power coal slime and poor selectivity coal slime.The ZWF6500 jet microbubble flotation machine has been applied in the Hulusu coal preparation plant.Industrial application shows that the flotation system has stable production,with an average feed ash content of 33.08%,a flotation concentrate ash content of 7.50%~9.88%,a flotation tailings ash content of over 75%,and a combustible recovery rate of over 86%.The flotation effect is good.
