摘要
课程思政是实现立德树人教育根本任务的关键抓手,也是达至研究生教育“德智并驱”人才培养的重要途径。研究选取贵州省研究生任课教师开展问卷调查,探究其课程思政教学意识、教学意愿、教学能力、教学行为和教学保障需求。研究发现:教师的课程思政教学现状总体情况一般,课程思政教学意识和教学意愿较高,教学能力水平和教学行为发生频率相对较低;课程思政教学意识受职称、授课学科门类和导师身份变量显著影响,教学意愿受教龄、职称和导师身份显著影响,教学能力受教龄、职称和授课学科门类显著影响,教学行为受授课学科门类显著影响;课程思政教学保障需求具有多样化和学科针对性等特点。基于此,提出研究生任课教师的课程思政教学发展对策。
Curriculum ideological and political education is key to achieve the fundamental task of moral education,and it is also an important way to cultivate talents through the integration of morality and intelligence in graduate education.The study selected graduate teachers in Guizhou Province to conduct a questionnaire survey,exploring their awareness of ideological and political education,teaching willingness,teaching ability,teaching behavior,and teaching guarantee needs.Research has found that the overall situation of teachers'ideological and political education in the curriculum is average,with high awareness and willingness to teach,and relatively low levels of teaching ability and frequency of teaching behavior.The awareness of ideological and political education in courses is significantly influenced by the variables of professional title,teaching subject category,and mentor identity.Teaching willingness is significantly influenced by teaching experience,professional title,and mentor identity.Teaching ability is significantly influenced by teaching experience,professional title,and teaching subject category.Teaching behavior is significantly influenced by teaching subject category.The demand for ensuring ideological and political education in the curriculum is diverse and subject specific.Based on this,strategies for the development of curriculum ideological and political education for graduate teachers are proposed.
