摘要
以韶关市曲江区濛浬水电枢纽右岸的濛浬枢纽二线船闸工程为例,结合现行规范对船闸大体积混凝土温度控制标准进行了分析,并从原材料选用、混凝土配合比设计、出机口温度控制、浇筑温度控制、内部温升控制等方面对施工过程中大体积混凝土温控防裂措施展开探讨,工程应用后取得了较好的实践效果。
Taking the second-line ship lock project of the Mengli Hydroelectric Hub on the right bank of Qujiang District of Shaoguan City as an example,the temperature control standard of mass concrete in ship lock were analyzed combined with the current regulations.The temperature control and crack prevention measures of mass concrete during construction were discussed from the aspects of raw material selection,concrete mix design,outlet temperature control,pouring temperature control and internal temperature rise control.After engineering application,good practical results have been obtained.
