摘要
针对小口径弹药的弹壳与弹头装配过程的关键变量进行研究,提出了四个对装配性能有显著影响的指标:装配过盈量、同轴度误差、拔弹力和压装速度。首先根据小口径弹药装配性能的关键变量设计了一套完整的装配性能试验系统,包括执行机构、调整模组、完整的控制系统及各项子系统。而后设计了四个实验对指标应用模拟件对相关指标分别进行验证,通过试验平台的调整模组分别控制压装的同轴度误差和压装速度,通过反压机构对不同过盈量装配下的拔弹力进行测试,最后得到试验数据并分析,给出了小口径子弹装配的通用试验方法,指导小口径子弹的实际生产装配。
Aiming at the key variables of the assembly process of the cartridge case and warhead of smallcaliber munitions,four indexes that have a significant impact on the assembly performance are proposed:assembly interference,coaxiality error,pulling force and press-fit speed.A complete assembly performance test system,including actuator,adjustment module,complete control system and various subsystems,was first designed according to the key variables of assembly performance of small-caliber ammunition.After that,four experiments are designed to verify the indexes respectively,the coaxiality error of press-fitting and press-fitting speed are controlled by the adjusting module of the self-designed test platform,and the pulling force under different overload assembly is tested by the counter-pressure mechanism,and finally the test data are obtained and analyzed,which gives a general test platform for the assembly of small-caliber bullets,and guides the assembly of small-caliber bullets in actual production.
