摘要
采用响应面优化超临界CO_(2)法提取乳木果油的工艺,并研究其对大鼠抗氧化能力的影响。考察了单因素萃取压力、萃取时间、萃取温度对乳木果油得率的影响。结果表明:萃取压力为31MPa、萃取温度为39℃、萃取时间为165 min,得出乳木果油的平均得率为46.75%,与预测值较为吻合。同时,实验中研究了各组大鼠骨骼肌中的SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、MDA、·OH水平,得出灌胃乳木果油的大鼠SOD、CAT、GSH-Px水平明显提高,MDA、·OH水平明显降低,并且与剂量呈量效关系,说明乳木果油具有良好的抗氧化能力,可以有效降低大鼠力竭运动之后产生大量自由基对其骨骼肌造成的损伤,从而提高了大鼠的抗氧化能力。
Response surface methodology(RSM)was used to optimize the extraction process of shea butter by supercritical CO_(2),and its effect on the antioxidant capacity of rats was studied.The effects of single factor extraction pressure,extraction time and extraction temperature on the yield of shea butter were investigated.The results indicated that the extraction pressure was 31 MPa,the extraction temperature was 39℃,and the extraction time was 165 minutes.The average yield of shea butter was 46.75%,in good agreement with the predicted value.At the same time,the exercise rat experiment indicated that the levels of SOD,CAT,GSH-Px,MDA and·OH in the skeletal muscle of rats in each group were studied in the experiment,and it was concluded that the levels of SOD,CAT,GSH Px in rats fed with shea butter were significantly increased,the levels of MDA and·OH were significantly reduced,and there was a dose effect relationship between them,indicating that shea butter had a good antioxidant capacity,effectively reducing the damage to their skeletal muscle caused by a large number of free radicals after exhaustive exercise.Thus,the antioxidant capacity of rats was improved.
