低碳产品推广的国际经验与启示

摘要 在“双碳”目标引领下,低碳消费成为经济社会全面绿色转型的重要抓手。为更好促进低碳消费,需要构建完善我国低碳产品推广机制,扩大低碳产品供给和需求。从国际上看,部分发达国家在低碳产品推广方面起步较早,产品碳排放认证体系相对健全,尤其以英国、美国、韩国等国家为代表,构建了国际认可度较高、企业参与范围较广的低碳产品推广运行机制,在制度设计、服务机构、标准体系、标识设计及产品覆盖范围等环节发展相对成熟,相关实践经验值得我国借鉴。 Under the guidance of the"dual carbon"goal,low-carbon consumption has become an important lever for the comprehensive green transformation of the economy and society.To better promote low-carbon consumption,it is necessary to establish and improve China's low-carbon product promotion mechanism,and expand the supply and demand of low-carbon products.From an international perspective,some developed countries started early in promoting low-carbon products,with relatively sound product carbon emission certification systems,especially represented by countries such as the United Kingdom,the United States,and South Korea.They have established a low-carbon product promotion and operation mechanism with high international recognition and a wide range of enterprise participation.The development in institutional design,service institutions,standard systems,identification design,and product coverage is relatively mature,The relevant practical experience is worth learning from in China.
