摘要
为解决土壤白色污染问题及寻找利用非木材纤维制备纸基地膜,以巨菌草秸秆外壳、内穰和全杆为原料分别制备三种纸地膜,选出一种最适用于制备纸地膜的原料。通过对三种地膜原料的浆料中各纤维组成成分含量进行测定,并且对三种纸地膜进行抗张强度和透气性进行测试。结果表明,巨菌草外壳各组成成分含量为纤维素33.79%、半纤维素16.4%、木质素13.15%、灰分1.7%,以巨菌草外壳为原料制备的纸地膜抗张强度最高为5.084 MPa,并远高于以巨菌草内穰和全杆为原料制备的纸地膜,而且三种纸地膜的透气度都符合C类生物可降解地膜的要求。综合分析认为巨菌草秸秆外壳是最适合用于制备纸地膜的原料。
In order to solve the problem of white pollution in soil and find out how to use non-wood fiber to prepare paper-based mulch,three kinds of paper-based mulch were prepared from the shell,the inner stalk and the whole stalk of giant weed straw,and the most suitable material was selected.The content of fiber components in the slurry of three kinds of plastic film raw materials was determined,and the tensile strength and air permeability of three kinds of paper plastic films were tested.The results showed that the contents of various components in the shell of giant weed were 33.79%cellulose,16.4%hemicellulose,13.15%lignin and 1.7%ash.The highest tensile strength of the paper mulch film made from the shell of giant weed was 5.084 MPa,which was much higher than that made from the whole stalk of giant weed,and the air permeability of the three kinds of paper mulch films met the requirements of class C biodegradable mulch film.Based on comprehensive analysis,it is considered that the shell of giant weed straw should be the most suitable raw material for preparing paper mulch film.
