摘要
目的本研究目的是评估“回归居家式”智慧医养结合模式在广州九如城金沙颐康中心和昆山周市养护院的实践效果。方法研究对象包括2个服务中心的入住老年人,数据收集时间为2022年5月至2023年5月。金沙颐康中心提供包括护理、康复、健康管理等在内的医养融合服务,覆盖范围较广。周市养护院也提供类似的服务,并且通过开展上门服务和推动社区智慧医养结合,让残障人士能够在家中接受健康宣教和医疗服务。结果智慧平台应用和特色内容推广能够扩大提高老年人服务覆盖面和提高服务质量,且该模式为老年人提供了方便的医疗和养老支持,并减轻了医疗资源配置压力;该模式对于提高老年人的健康管理效果和生活质量具有积极的影响。结论通过智慧平台应用和特色内容的推广与应用实践,示范区域内覆盖的老年人数量显著增加,医养结合服务质量显著提高。回归居家式智慧医养结合服务模式为居家医养结合服务领域发展提供了有效的参考,可为广大老年人打造深度参与社会生活的平台,从而能够减轻国家养老负担。
Objective This study is to assess the practical effects of"Returning to Home"intelligent medical service and eld-erly care integration mode at the Jiuru City Jinsha Yikang Center in Guangzhou and the Zhoushi Nursing Home in Kunshan.Methods The study subjects are elderly residents from the two service centers,with their data collection from may 2022 to may 2023.The Jinsha Yikang Center offers a wide range of integrated medical and eldercare services,including nursing,re-habilitation,and health management.Similarly,the Zhoushi Nursing Home provides comparable services and extends its services to disabled individuals through home visits and the promotion of community intelligent medical and eldercare inte-gration,enabling them to receive health education and medical services at home.Results The application of intelligent plat-forms and the promotion of distinctive contents have expanded service coverage and improved service quality for the elderly,providing convenient medical care and eldercare support,and alleviating the pressure on medical resource allocation.This mode has had positive impacts on improving the health management effectiveness and quality of life of the elderly.Conclu-sion The application of intelligent platforms and promotion of distinctive contents can significantly increase the number of the elderly covered in the demonstration areas and improve the quality of integrated medical and elderly care integration serv-ices."Returning to Home"intelligent medical service and elderly care integration mode can offer an effective reference for the development of home-based medical and eldercare services,creating a platform for the elderly to deeply engage in social life,thereby potentially reducing the national burden of the eldercare.
