摘要
分析了企业财务管理中存在的问题,包括缺乏财务规划、财务决策不科学、资金结构不合理,提出了解决这些问题的策略,包括建立有效的财务规划和预测机制、加强财务风险管理、优化资金结构和提高财务人员的专业能力等,以提高企业财务管理水平,促进企业持续发展。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the financial management of enterprises,including the lack of financial planning,unscientific financial decision-making,and unreasonable capital structure,and puts forward strategies to solve these problems,including establishing an effective financial planning and forecasting mechanism,strengthening financial risk management,optimizing the capital structure and improving the professional ability of financial personnel,so as to improve the level of financial management and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
