摘要
为充分发挥交通“先行官”作用,促进我省交通物流助推共同富裕示范区建设成果进一步向县域延伸,本文结合对当前浙江县域交通物流发展情况调研,分析共同富裕背景下县域交通物流发展的现实基础和形势要求,总结提炼“交通+区域协作”“交通+资源盘活”“交通+产业发展”“交通+物流融合”“交通+数字服务”等五大县域交通物流助推共同富裕发展模式,并从可复制、可推广、可操作层面针对性谋划下一步对策建议。
In order to give full play to the leading role of transportation and to widely promote the experience of building demonstration zones for common prosperity boosted by transportation logistics in counties,based on the investigation of the current development status of transportation logistics in Zhejiang counties,this paper analyzed the realistic basis and macro situation of the development of county transportation logistics under the background of common prosperity,and propose five developing modes for county,namely"transportation+regional cooperation","transportation+resources revitalization","transportation+industrial development","transportation+logistics integration"and"transportation+digital services".Finally,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions that can be copied,operated and popularized.
