摘要
黄芪多糖作为黄芪极其重要的活性成分之一,在临床及养殖上应用较为广泛。黄芪多糖本身是一种混合物,其结构复杂,主要为大分子多糖。经研究发现,黄芪多糖具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、调节血糖、抗氧化和调节免疫等药理作用。黄芪多糖的提取方法包括溶液提取法、微生物发酵提取法、酶提取法和物理辅助提取法等;分离纯化方法有分级醇沉法、层析柱法和大孔树脂吸附法等。本文对黄芪多糖的提取、分离、纯化方法和多种药理活性进行综述,比较不同提取、分离及纯化方法的优缺点,并对黄芪多糖药理活性的作用机制进行探讨,为黄芪多糖的进一步开发研究提供理论依据。
Astragalus polysaccharide is one of the important active ingredients and has been widely used in clinical treatment and aquaculture.Astragalus polysaccharide can be used both as medicine and food.It has a complex structure,is a mixture,mainly macromolecular polysaccharides.Some studies have found that Astragalus polysaccharides have pharmacological effects such as anti-tumor,anti-virus,blood sugar regulation,anti-oxidation,and immune regulation.The extraction methods of Astragalus polysaccharides include solution extraction,microbial fermentation extraction,enzymatic extraction,physical-assisted extraction,etc.Separation and purification methods include fractional alcohol precipitation,chromatography column method,macroporous resin adsorption method,etc.This article reviews the extraction,separation,purification methods and various pharmacological activities of Astragalus polysaccharides.The advantages and disadvantages of different extraction,separation and purification methods were compared and the mechanism of pharmacological activity of Astragalus polysaccharides was discussed,which provide theoretical basis for further development of Astragalus polysaccharides.
