应急多功能充气毯设计研究

Research on the Design of Emergency Multifunctional Inflatable Blanket

摘要 文章基于AHP/QFD/TRIZ理论,探究应急装备多功能充气毯的创新设计方法。从现有应急装备的设计痛点出发,通过实际救援工作者收集数据,运用AHP整理出救援者的需求权重;采用QFD梳理出从需求期望到设计技术指标的设计要素;基于TRIZ解决功能需求与技术适配之间的矛盾,有针对性完善设计思路。通过AHP/QFD/TRIZ理论的设计思路形成应急多功能充气毯的概念设计方案并制作样机测试,验证了设计在便携性、易操作性、功能多样性等方面均有显著提高。证明了AHP/QFD/TRIZ理论的应用对于优化应急产品设计具有积极作用,设计实践改善了现有应急产品在功能设计上的欠缺,填补了现有产品缺乏对救援者自身的使用关怀等设计痛点,研究对其他应急产品设计具有一定的参考价值。 Objective Based on AHP/QFD/TRIZ theory,explore innovative design methods for multifunctional inflatable blankets for emergency equipment.Method Use AHP to organize the demand weights of rescuers;Using QFD to sort out design elements from requirement expectations to design technical indicators;Based on TRiz to solve the contradiction between functional requirements and technological adaptation,targeted and improved design ideas.Result Verifying significant improvements in portability,ease of operation,and functional diversity of the design.Conclusion It has been proven that the application of AHP/QFD/TRIZ theory has a positive effect on optimizing emergency product design.Design practice has improved the functional design deficiencies of existing emergency products.The research has certain reference value for other emergency product designs.
