摘要
随着数字化时代的发展,我国中小企业在数字化转型方面仍存在不平衡状态,数字化转型已被证实有助于中小微企业降本增效、提高客户体验以及部门协作与创新能力。Saa S(软件即服务)平台为企业提供数字化诊断、咨询和建设路径,是协同企业数字化转型实现创新的重要路径。基于数字化转型发展趋势与前景,以绵阳中小型制造企业为例,研究Saa S平台在中小型制造企业数字化转型中的应用策略和方法。该研究对于推动中小企业的数字化转型、提升协同与合作能力、提高生产效率和质量控制水平、拓宽销售渠道与市场机会以及促进产业升级与创新发展具有重要意义。
With the development of the digital era,China's small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)still have an imbalance in digital transformation,which has been proved to be helpful for SMEs to reduce costs and increase efficiency,improve customer experience,as well as departmental collaboration and innovation.SaaS(Software as a Service)platforms provide digital diagnosis,consulting,and construction paths for enterprises,which are important paths to collaborate with them in their digital transformation to achieve innovation.Based on the development trend and prospect of digital transformation,the application strategies and methods of SaaS platforms in the digital transformation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises(SMEs)in Mianyang are studied as an example.This study is of great significance for promoting digital transformation of SMEs,enhancing collaboration and cooperation,improving production efficiency and quality control,broadening sales channels and market opportunities,and promoting industrial upgrading and innovative development.
