摘要
本文采用一维仿真的方法对新能源汽车高、低温续航的影响因子进行了研究。针对高温工况,研究了热管理系统匹配、压缩机的选型、隔热玻璃、乘员舱温度设置4种因子对续航里程的影响。结果表明以上因子优化后,热管理系统能耗降低了38%,整车续航里程提升了10.6%。针对低温工况,研究了内循环比例、热源选择、压缩机选型和乘员舱温度设置4种因子对续航里程的影响。结果表明:以上因子优化后,热管理系统能耗降低了33%,整车续航里程提升了9.4%。
In this paper,the influence factors of high and low temperature endurance of new energy vehicles are studied by one-dimensional simulation method.In view of the high temperature working conditions,the influence of four factors is studied:thermal management system matching,compressor selection,heat insulation glass,and passenger compartment temperature setting on the cruising range.The results show that,after the optimization of the above factors,the energy consumption of the thermal management system is reduced by 38%,and the driving range of the whole vehicle is increased by 10.6%.Regarding the low temperature conditions,the influence of four factors on the cruising range of the internal circulation ratio,heat source selection,compressor selection and passenger compartment temperature setting are studied.The results show that,after the optimization of the above factors,the energy consumption of the thermal management system is reduced by 33%,and the driving range of the whole vehicle is increased by 9.4%.
