摘要
原材料及中间产品的质量控制是水利工程建设质量管理的重要环节。本文从多年来在水利工程建设监督检查过程中发现的原材料及中间产品的各类典型问题出发,梳理相关标准规范具体要求,从现行规范性文件、国家标准、行业标准中总结归纳了常见原材料及中间产品的检验检测频次、日常质量控制的方式方法,以期帮助水利工程建设参建单位提升水利工程原材料及中间产品质量控制水平。
Quality control of raw materials and intermediate products is a crucial aspect of water conservancy project construction quality management.This paper begins by examining various typical issues with raw materials and intermediate products that have been identified over the years during supervisory inspections of water conservancy project construction.It outlines specific requirements from relevant standards and specifications,summarizing inspection and testing frequencies for common raw materials and intermediate products,as well as methods for daily quality control,based on current normative documents,national standards,and industry standards.The aim is to assist participating units in water conservancy project construction in elevating their quality control standards for raw materials and intermediate products.
