植物粗提物和苯甲酸对广西灵山土鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和经济效益的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验旨在研究植物粗提物和苯甲酸对广西灵山土鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和经济效益的影响。选取78日龄体况正常、体重相近的广西灵山土鸡360羽,随机分为3组,分别为对照组(CON组)、植物粗提物组(PCE组)、苯甲酸组(BA组),每组设6个重复,每个重复20羽,CON组饲喂基础饲粮,PCE组饲喂基础饲粮+2000 mg/kg植物粗提物,BA组饲喂基础饲粮+1500 mg/kg苯甲酸。试验期42 d。结果显示:①与对照组相比,PCE组的平均日采食量显著提高(P<0.05),BA组的平均日采食量、平均日增重有提高趋势,料重比有降低趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。②与对照组相比,PCE组和BA组的屠宰率、全净膛率、半净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率均有提高趋势,腹脂率有降低趋势,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。③与对照组相比,PCE组和BA组胸肌和腿肌剪切力显著降低(P<0.05),肉色和系水力显著提高(P<0.05)。④与对照组相比,PCE组和BA组养殖利润分别增加了10.93%、18.45%。综上所述,饲粮中添加2000 mg/kg植物粗提物和1500 mg/kg苯甲酸饲喂广西灵山土鸡,对生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质的改善和经济效益的提升有着积极作用,且植物粗提物在广西灵山土鸡生产上的应用效果相对优于苯甲酸。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of crude plant extracts and benzoic acid on growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and economic benefits of Guangxi Lingshan native chickens.A total of 360 Guangxi Lingshan local chickens with normal body condition and similar body weight at 78 days were selected and randomly divided into three treatment groups,namely the control group(CON group),the plant crude extract group(PCE group),and the benzoic acid group(BA group),each treatment group had 6 replicates,each replicated 20 birds,the CON group was fed the basal diet,the PCE group was fed the basal diet+2000 mg/kg plant crude extract,and the BA group was fed the basal diet+1500 mg/kg benzoic acid.The test period is 42 days.The data reflected that:①compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake of the PCE group increased significantly(P<0.05),the average daily feed intake and average daily gain of the BA group tended to increase,and the ratio of feed to weight decreased,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).②Compared with the control group,the carcass rate,full evisceration rate,half evisceration rate,breast muscle rate and leg muscle rate of the PCE group and BA group all tended to increase,and the abdominal fat rate tended to decrease,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).③Compared with the control group,the shear force of chest and leg muscles in PCE group and BA group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the flesh color and water retention were significantly increased(P<0.05).④Compared with the control group,the breeding profits of the PCE group and the BA group increased by 10.93% and 18.45%,respectively.In summary,adding 2000 mg/kg plant crude extract and 1500 mg/kg benzoic acid to the diet of Guangxi Lingshan native chickens has a positive effect on the growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and economic benefits,and the application effect of crude plant extracts in the production of native chickens in Lingshan,Guangxi is relatively better than that of benzoic acid.
