摘要
合理切削参数的选用对制造企业的生产效益有直接影响。传统切削参数选用往往根据经验、手册选取,对人的依赖性较大。为增加切削参数选取的客观性,解决切削参数选取困难的问题,结合目前人工智能技术的研究成果,将灰色关联分析法融入案例检索方法中,并通过妥协排序法(VIKOR)实现了切削参数的推荐。通过实例验证可得,经所提方法选出的相似工艺案例及推荐的刀具参数较为合理,从而验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
The selection of reasonable cutting parameters has a direct impact on the production efficiency of manufacturing enterprises.The selection of traditional cutting parameters is often based on experience and manual selection,which is highly dependent on people.In order to increase the objectivity of cutting parameter selection and solve the difficult problem of cutting parameter selection,combined with the current research results of artificial intelligence technology,the grey relational analysis method is integrated into the case retrieval method,and the cutting parameter selection is realized through the recommendation of compromise ranking method(VIKOR).It can be obtained through example verification that the similar process cases selected by the proposed method and the recommended tool parameters are more reasonable,thus verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
