自润滑关节轴承成形技术研究进展

Research progress on forming technology of self-lubricating joint bearing

摘要 为缓解关节轴承成形过程中因应力集中导致的衬垫损伤和废品率高等问题,研究人员分析了关节轴承在模具挤压合套过程中的塑性变形规律、应力分布、内外圈游隙与挤压力的关系,以及内外圈尺寸形状对成形的影响。大量研究者通过关节轴承挤压成形的有限元模拟获得了不同条件下挤压成形关节轴承的试验数据,为试验提供理论支持与指导。综述了基于模具挤压合套和无模具装配技术的研究进展,讨论分析了模具内腔形状和外圈坯料尺寸对成形过程和成形后关节轴承力学性能、寿命等方面的影响。同时提出整体式关节轴承新型成形技术的研究发展方向,为关节轴承制造工艺全过程一体化联动调控理论与技术发展提供了参考。 To alleviate the problems such as liner damage and high scrap rate caused by stress concentration during the forming process of joint bearings,researchers have analyzed the plastic deformation law,stress distribution,the relationship between inner and outer ring clearance and extrusion force,as well as influence of size and shape of the inner and outer rings on forming during the die fitting extrusion process of joint bearings.[JP3]A large number of researchers have obtained experimental data on joint bearings formed by extrusion under different conditions through finite element simulation of joint bearing extrusion forming,which provids theoretical support and guidance for experiments.The research progresses based on the die fitting extrusion and non-mold assembly technology were reviewed,and the influence of die cavity shape and outer ring blank size on the mechanical properties and service life of joint bearings during forming process and after forming was discussed and analyzed.At the same time,the new forming technology for integral joint bearings was proposed,which provids reference for the development of the theory and technology of integrated linkage regulation and control of the entire manufacturing process of joint bearings.
