摘要
目的艾灸联合耳穴压豆对肺癌化疗患者生活质量以及癌因性疲乏的影响。方法60例肺癌化疗患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组患者给予临床常规健康教育,试验组在对照组的基础上采取艾灸联合耳穴压豆治疗。比较两组患者癌因性疲乏缓解效果、治疗前后的生活质量评分、毒副反应的缓解效果。结果试验组患者癌因性疲乏缓解率93.33%高于对照组的46.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者生活质量评分(2.21±0.17)分高于对照组的(0.35±0.14)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组毒副反应缓解率为83.33%,高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取艾灸联合耳穴压豆对肺癌化疗患者的治疗效果显著,有效改善生活质量、癌因性疲乏及毒副反应,并且操作简单,经济,患者容易接受,值得在临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of moxibustion combined with ear point pressing beans on the quality of life and cancer-related fatigue in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 60 patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received clinical routine health education,and the experimental group received moxibustion and ear point pressing beans on the basis of the control group.The relief effect of cancer-related fatigue,quality of life score before and after treatment and relief of toxic and side effect were compared between the two groups.Results The relief effect of cancer-related fatigue was 93.33%in the experimental group,which was better than 46.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the patients in the experimental group was(2.21±0.17)points,which was higher than(0.35±0.14)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief rate of toxic and side effect in the experimental group was 83.33%,which was higher than 50.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with ear point pressing beans has a remarkable effect on the treatment of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,which can effectively improve the quality of life,cancer-related fatigue and toxic and side effect,and the operation is simple,economic,easy to be accepted by patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
