摘要
沉砂封隔器位于套管井防砂管柱最下端,起到定位防砂管柱、封隔人工井底的作用,同时承受防砂管柱自重所产生的部分轴向力,有液压坐封以及电缆坐封两种方式,在完井作业中,电缆坐封可避免沉砂封隔器由钻杆下入井中,大大提高了作业效率。然而,在渤海油田某热采井中,沉砂封隔器在坐封后出现下滑,针对这一现象,采用根源分析法分析沉砂封隔器下滑原因,并分别进行室内实验验证。结果表明:沉砂封隔器下滑原因为卡瓦与套管之间的咬合力过小,在电缆坐封过程中,火药燃尽的时间范围内,有效坐封时间越长,沉砂封隔器越不易下滑;坐封力越大,沉砂封隔器越不易下滑,而卡瓦槽壁厚不是影响沉砂封隔器下滑的主要因素。
Located at the bottom of the sand control string in the cased well,the sump packer plays a role in positioning the sand control string and sealing the artificial bottom of the well.Meanwhile,it can withstand part of the axial force generated by the self-weight of the sand control string.There are two types of setting,hydraulic setting and cable setting.In completion operations,cable setting can prevent the sump packer from being lowered into the well by the drill pipe,greatly improving the efficiency.However,in a thermal recovery well in Bohai Oilfield,the sump packer experienced a decline after setting.In response to this phenomenon,the root cause analysis method was used to analyze the reasons for the sliding of the sump packer,and indoor experiments were conducted to verify the results.The results show that the sliding of the sump packer is caused by the small bite force between the slip and casing.During the cable setting process,the longer the effective setting time is within the time range when the gunpowder is burned out,the greater the setting force,the less likely the sand packer is to slide down,and the wall thickness of the slip groove is not the main factor affecting the sliding of the sump packer.
