摘要
利用高温高压反应釜模拟纯H_(2)S-Cl^(-)腐蚀环境,对P110S低合金钢在不同温度下进行腐蚀试验。通过失重法,对P110S低合金钢的腐蚀速率进行了评价,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、激光共聚焦显微镜和膜电位测试等方法,探究了温度对P110S低合金钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:随着温度的升高,腐蚀速率变大;当温度低于120℃时,腐蚀速率上升幅度较小,而当温度高于120℃时腐蚀速率急剧上升;低温下试样腐蚀速率较小且为均匀腐蚀,腐蚀产物为马基诺矿,呈现阳离子选择性;而高温下试样腐蚀速率较大且存在点蚀,腐蚀产物为磁黄铁矿,呈现阴离子选择性。
A high temperature and high pressure autoclave was used to simulate pure H_(2)S-Cl^(-)corrosion environment,and the corrosion weight loss tests of PlloS low alloy steel were carried out at different temperatures.The corrosion rate of the steel was evaluated by weight loss method,and the effects of temperature on the corrosion behavior of the steel were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),laser confocal microscope and membrane potential test.The results showed that the corrosion rate increased with the increase of temperature.When the temperature was lower than 12℃,the increase of corrosion rate was small,but when the temperature was higher than 120℃,the corrosion rate increased sharply.At low temperature,the corrosion rate of sample was low and uniform,and the corrosion product was mackinawite,showing cation selectivity.At high temperature,the corrosion rate of sample was higher and existed pitting.The corrosion product was pyrrhotite,whichwasanion selective.
