摘要
正温度系数(PTC)热敏材料是一种对温度十分敏感的半导体材料,其中BaTiO_(3)基PTC热敏陶瓷应用最为广泛。为满足高温使用需求与无铅化绿色环保要求,高居里点BaTiO_(3)基无铅PTC热敏陶瓷受到了极大的关注。介绍了几种常见的高居里点BaTiO_(3)基无铅PTC热敏陶瓷体系,综述了其改性方法,包括施主掺杂、受主掺杂、工艺改进等,阐述了该材料目前的不足,并对其今后的发展方向进行了展望。
The positive temperature coefficient(PTC) thermosensitive material is a semiconductor material that is very sensitive to temperatures, among which the BaTiO_(3) based PTC thermosensitive ceramic is the most widely used. In order to meat the needs of high temperature use and lead-free green environmental protection requirements, the high Curie point BaTiO_(3) based lead-free PTC thermosensitive ceramics has received great attention. Several common high Curie BaTiO_(3) based lead-free PTC thermosensitive ceramics are introduced, and the modification methods, including donor doping, acceptor doping and process improvement, are reviewed. The current shortcomings of the materials are described, and the future development direction is prospected.
