课程思政融入推拿临床教学的实践

摘要 临床实习是医学生教育的必经阶段,是医德医术形成的重要时期,也是思政教育的关键时期。文章从推拿科临床实习教学的特点出发,分析了在推拿临床实习中融入课程思政教育的必要性和优势,并以颈椎病为例探索如何在临床教学当中树立医学生的专业自信、文化自信,培养爱国奉献精神和创新精神,使课程思政润物细无声地融入临床教学,进而培养出政治信念坚定、医德高尚、医术精湛的新时代推拿学人才。 Clinical practice is a necessary stage for medical students’education,an important period for the formation of medical eth-ics and skills,and a critical period for curriculum ideological and political education.This article analyzed the necessity and advan-tages of integrating ideological and political education into clinical practice of massage from the characteristics of clinical practice teaching in the department of massage,and explored how to establish professional self-confidence and cultural self-confidence of medical students in clinical teaching with cervical spondylosis as an example,cultivated the spirit of patriotism,dedication and innova-tion,so that the ideological and political content of the curriculum can be quietly integrated into clinical teaching,and then cultivate the massage talents of the new era with firm political belief,noble medical ethics and superb medical skills.
