摘要
文章以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和习近平总书记关于共同富裕重要论述为指导,以学习贯彻党的二十大精神为主线,以《关于支持浙江高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区的意见》和《浙江高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区实施方案(2021—2025年)》为依据,分析新时代舟山侨界在助推共同富裕示范区建设中的优势,通过政治引领,筑牢红色根基聚侨心、响应号召,开展“小岛你好”海岛共富活动、招商引才,助力舟山海岛共同富裕、联络联谊,拓展盘活侨务资源、强化改革,夯实基层侨联组织建设五大路径助力舟山海岛共同富裕,并提出相关政策建议。
The paper analyzes the advantages of Zhoushan overseas Chinese community in promoting the construction of the common prosperity demonstration zone in the new era,and explores the five main paths to promote Zhoushan Island achieving common prosperity,such as Providing political guidance to strengthen the red foundation for gathering the hearts of overseas Chinese;Responding to the call for carrying out the"Hello Zhoushan"co-prosperity actions;Attracting investment and talent to help Zhoushan Island bolster common prosperity;Keeping in touch with overseas Chinese to expand and invigorate overseas Chinese affairs resources;Strengthening reform to consolidate the construction of grassroots overseas Chinese federation organizations.Meanwhile,the paper analyzes the main problems in practice and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
