摘要
以正红菇(Russula Vinosa Linolbl)为原材料,采用超声波辅助法提取正红菇中所含多酚,通过单因素和响应面实验对正红菇多酚的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,正红菇多酚的最佳提取工艺为:液料比36∶1,乙醇体积分数59%,超声时间62 min,超声温度51℃。通过DPPH自由基清除率的测定,正红菇多酚清除DPPH自由基半抑制率(IC_(50))值为0.2438μg/mL,表明正红菇多酚提取物具有较好的抗氧化活性。
Using Russula vinosa linolbl as raw material,the polyphenols were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted method.The extraction process of polyphenols from Russula vinosa linolbl was optimized by single factor and response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimal extraction process of polyphenols from Russula vinosa linolbl was as follows:liquid-solid ratio was 36∶1,ethanol volume fraction was 59%,ultrasonic time was 62 min,ultrasonic temperature was 51℃.According to the determination of DPPH free radical scavenging rate,the half inhibition rate(IC_(50))of polyphenols from Russula vinosa linolbl was 0.2438μg/mL,which indicated that the polyphenol extract of Russula vinosa linolbl had good antioxidant activity.
