摘要
人工智能的发展为人机交互带来了新的挑战,迫切需要为人与智能系统设计新型交互方式。本文分析了由智能系统发展带来的三方面问题,指出人与智能系统的新型交互应以趋近人类交互为目标。在梳理总结现有人类社会交互研究和理论的基础上,提出了基于意图识别的交互框架,并论证该框架提升交互效率和解决智能发展挑战的潜力。通过分析新型交互与传统交互之间的关系,为指向新型智能交互设计的理论研究提供了新的方向。
The development of artificial intelligence has brought a series of new challenges to Human-Computer Interaction(HCI).There is an urgent need to design new interaction methods between humans and intelligent systems.The present paper analyzes three key issues brought about by the development of intelligent systems to HCI,and points out that the new interaction between humans and intelligent systems should aim to be close to human-human interaction.Through summarizing the current research and theories on human social interaction,an interaction framework based on intention recognition is proposed.The framework has the potential to improve interaction efficiency and solve challenges brought by the development of intelligence.Finally,the current paper discusses the relationship between new and traditional interaction frameworks,and provides a new direction for theoretical research on new interaction design.
