摘要
甲醇催化剂在使用前需要进行还原,大多数甲醇工厂采用氢气进行还原,少部分工厂采用焦炉煤气或转化气进行还原,整个还原过程的控制对后期催化剂性能有决定性的影响。采用不同还原气进行甲醇催化剂还原实验。结果表明,采用焦炉气还原的催化剂,初始Cu颗粒更大;采用H_(2)还原的催化剂能暴露更多的活性位点,甲醇合成性能更优。
Methanol catalysts need to be reduced before use.Most methanol plants generally use hydrogen for reduction,while a small number of plants use coke oven gas or conversion gas for reduction.The control of the whole reduction process has a decisive impact on the performance of the catalyst in the later stage.Methanol catalyst reduction experiment with different reduction gases was carried out.The result shows that the initial Cu particles of the catalyst reduced with coke oven gas are larger,and the catalyst reduced with only H_(2)exposes more active sites and better methanol synthesis activity.
