屏蔽厂房屋顶锥形屋面主梁埋弧焊焊缝缺陷浅析

摘要 主要研究某核电机组屏蔽厂房屋顶锥形屋面径向主梁埋弧焊拼接过程中产生的缺陷,从人、机、料、法、环等方面开展根本原因分析,并结合模拟试验,找出缺陷产生的原因,提出相应的改进措施,为后续锥形屋面的拼装和焊接提供指导意见。 Defects in the process of submerged arc welding and splicing of the radial main girder of conical roof of a nuclear power unit shielded workshop were mainly studied.Root causes from aspects of man,machine,material,method and ring were analyzed.And combined with simulation test,causes of the defects were found out,and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward to provide guidance for the subsequent assembly and welding of conical roof.
