槲皮万寿菊素对断奶仔猪生长性能、抗氧化能力、免疫功能和盲肠菌群的影响

Effects of Quercetagetin on Growth Performance, Antioxidant Capacity,Immune Function and Cecal Microflora of Weaned Piglets

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加槲皮万寿菊素对断奶仔猪生长性能、抗氧化能力、免疫功能和盲肠菌群的影响。选取144头平均体重为(10.40±1.97)kg的28日龄断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复6头猪(公母各占1/2)。在4组仔猪的基础饲粮中分别添加0(对照组)、150(试验Ⅰ组)、300(试验Ⅱ组)和450 mg/kg(试验Ⅲ组)槲皮万寿菊素,饲养31 d,其中预试期3 d,正试期为28 d。试验结束后,计算正试期内的平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比和腹泻率;每组选取4头仔猪屠宰取样,测定十二指肠抗氧化酶活性和分泌型免疫球蛋白含量、血清免疫球蛋白和细胞因子含量以及盲肠菌群组成。结果显示:与对照组相比,饲粮添加不同水平槲皮万寿菊素对断奶仔猪的生长性能均未产生显著影响(P>0.05),但添加300 mg/kg槲皮万寿菊素能显著降低腹泻率(P<0.05),显著提高十二肠道中过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性和分泌型免疫球蛋白含量(P<0.05),显著降低血清中白细胞介素-2和肿瘤坏死因子-α含量(P<0.05),且有降低盲肠菌群中变形菌门相对丰度的趋势(P=0.074)。由此可见,饲粮中添加300 mg/kg槲皮万寿菊素可提高断奶仔猪的抗氧化能力和免疫功能,降低盲肠中有害菌群的比例,进而降低腹泻率,维持肠道健康。 The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of dietary supplemented with quercetagetin on growth performance,antioxidant capacity,immune function and cecal microflora of weaned piglets.One hundred and forty-four weaned piglets at 28 days of age and with the average body weight of(10.40±1.97)kg were selected and divided into four groups with six replicates per group and six pigs(half male and half female)per replicate.The diets of the four groups were supplemented with 0(control group),150(test groupⅠ),300(test groupⅡ)and 450 mg/kg(test groupⅢ)of quercetagetin based on a basal diet,respectively.Piglets were fed for 31 days,with a pre-test period of 3 days and a trial period of 28 days.The average daily gain,average daily feed intake,feed to gain ratio and diarrhea rate were calculated at the end of the trial;four piglets of each group were slaughtered and sampled for the determination of duodenal antioxidant enzyme activities and secreted immunoglobulin(sIgA)content,serum immunoglobulin and cytokine contents,and the composition of cecal microflora.The results showed that dietary supplemented with different levels of quercetagetin had no significant effects on the growth performance of weaned piglets compared with control group(P<0.05),but the supplementation of quercetagetin at 300 mg/kg could significantly reduce the diarrhea rate(P<0.05),significantly increase the duodenal catalase,superoxide dismutase activities and sIgA content(P<0.05),significantly reduce the serum interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)contents(P<0.05),and tend to decrease the relative abundance of Proteobacteria in cecal flora(P=0.094).It can be seen that the supplementation of quercetagetin at 300 mg/kg can improve the antioxidant capacity and immune function of weaned piglets,reduce the proportion of harmful bacteria in cecum,and then reduce the diarrhea rate and maintain intestinal health.
