剩余电流动作保护器失效模式分析

摘要 针对剩余电流动作保护器保护频繁失效的问题,将理论与仿真分析相结合,与实际用电场景紧密联系进行研究。首先从正常剩余电流、剩余电流互感器、转移电压、非隔离型光伏逆变器并网等方面导致的剩余电流动作保护器保护失效原因进行理论分析;其次利用Simulink仿真软件搭建考虑线路对地分布电容的中低压配电网仿真模型、10 kV配变高压侧接地故障仿真模型以及非隔离型光伏并网逆变器并网仿真模型,分别对正常剩余电流、转移电压、新型电力系统下非隔离型光伏逆变器并网导致的保护失效进行仿真验证,验证失效机理分析的正确性。 In response to the frequent failures for the failure of residual current device,theoretical analysis and simulation analysis are combined to closely relate to practical electrical scenarios for research.Firstly,a theoretical analysis is conducted on the reasons for the failure of residual current protection devices caused by normal leakage current,residual current transformers,transfer voltage and non-isolated photovoltaic inverters grid-connected.Secondly,using Simulink simulation software,the simulation models are built including low-voltage distribution network considering line-to-ground distributed capacitance,10 kV transformer high-voltage side grounded fault and non-isolated photovoltaic inverter grid-connected simulation models.Simulation verification is performed on the failure caused by normal leakage current,transfer voltage and non-isolated photovoltaic inverters grid-connected in the new power system to validate the correctness of the failure mechanism analysis.
