摘要
目的 研究补肾愈骨汤联合阿法骨化醇对老年骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)术后疗效。方法 选取老年骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折PKP术后患者78例,随机分为常规组、联合组,各39例。常规组阿法骨化醇治疗,联合组补肾愈骨汤联合阿法骨化醇治疗。比较2组疗效、骨密度及骨代谢指标、不良反应。结果 联合组总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组的ALP高于治疗前,β-CTX低于治疗前(P<0.05),且联合组的ALP高于常规组,β-CTX低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 补肾愈骨汤联合阿法骨化醇对老年骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折PKP术后疗效显著,可改善骨密度与骨代谢指标,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To study the curative effect of Bushen Yugu decoction combined with alfacalcidol in the treatment of senile osteoporotic spinal compression fracture after percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP).Methods Seventy⁃eight elderly patients with osteoporotic spinal compression fracture after PKP were randomly divided into conventional group and combined group,with 39 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with alfacalcitol,and the combined group was treated with Bushen Yugu decoction combined with alfacalcitol.The efficacy,bone mineral density,bone metabolism indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of combined group was higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the ALP in 2 groups was higher than before treatment,and theβ⁃CTX was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the ALP in the combination group was higher than that in the conventional group,and theβ⁃CTX was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Yugu decoction combined with alfacalcidol has significant curative effect on elderly osteoporotic spinal compression fracture PKP,improving bone mineral density and bone metabolism indexes,and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.
