摘要
目的研究微生物检测在预防和治疗尿道感染中的重要性。方法计划对2023年3月1日至2023年8月31日期间我院收治的86例尿路感染患者进行研究。通过随机数字表法,将这86例患者分为试验组和参考组,每组各43例。参考组将在常规检测后接受抗生素治疗,而试验组则会根据微生物检验结果进行个体化治疗。比较两组之间的诊断准确率和治疗有效性。结果(1)经过微生物检验确认病原体后,试验组患者的假阴性结果明显减少,成功诊断了41例病例,诊断准确率高达95.35%,与采用常规检测的参考组相比存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。(2)根据微生物检验结果进行治疗后,在试验组中有25例患者在10天内完全消除相关症状,并且16例患者在20 d内完全康复。治疗效果为95.35%,与参考组相比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。此外,试验组仅有3例患者出现复发情况,复发率为6.98%,明显低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论在尿路感染的临床预防和诊治过程中,可以利用微生物检验方法提升对患者的准确诊断率,进而增强治疗效果。同时,还能够评估患者是否具有高风险,并有效地预防尿路感染的发生。
Objective The importance of microbial testing in the prevention and treatment of urethral infections.Methods We plan to conduct a study on 86 patients with urinary tract infections admitted to our hospital from March 1,2023 to August 31,2023.Using a random number table method,these 86 patients were divided into an experimental group and a reference group,with 43 patients in each group.The reference group will receive antibiotic treatment after routine testing,while the experimental group will receive personalized treatment based on microbial test results.Compare the diagnostic accuracy and treatment effectiveness between two groups.Results(1)After confirming the pathogen through microbiological testing,the false negative results of the experimental group patients were significantly reduced,and 41 cases were successfully diagnosed,with a diagnostic accuracy of 95.35%.There was a significant statistical difference(P<0.05)compared to the reference group using conventional testing.(2)After treatment based on microbiological test results,25 patients in the experimental group completely eliminated relevant symptoms within 10 days,and 16 patients fully recovered within 20 days.The treatment effect was 95.35%,which was significantly different from the reference group(P<0.05).In addition,there were 3 patients recurrencein the experimental group,with a recurrence rate of 6.98%,significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the clinical prevention and treatment of urinary tract infections,microbial testing methods can be used to improve the accuracy of patient diagnosis,thereby enhancing treatment effectiveness.At the same time,it can also assess whether patients have a high risk and effectively prevent the occurrence of urinary tract infections.
