摘要
由中国学者提出的大翻译是具有本土特色的翻译理论。本文阐明大翻译的定义与功能,对为什么要提倡大翻译以及为什么大翻译要与文化记忆相结合这两个问题做了深入的探讨,指出两个理论在跨学科上所表现出的兼容性和互补性,指明两者的融合给中华文化对外传播带来的启示和积极的建构意义。
Big Translation,proposed by Chinese scholars,is a translation theory with local characteristics.This paper clarifies the definition and function of Big Translation,makes an in-depth discussion of the two issues of why we need Big Translation and why Big Translation should be combined with cultural memory,points out that the nature of the two theories is compatible and complementary interdisciplinarity,as well as the enlightenment and significance that the integration of the two bring to the Chinese culture transmission.
