摘要 论述了SMA高弹改性沥青的基本构成及性能优势,强调了其在公路路面中的应用具有低温抗裂性、高温稳定性、水稳定性、抗滑性、耐久性、抗车辙性等显著特点,并结合SMA高弹改性沥青路面的施工工序,从原材料试验、沥青混合料配合比设计、沥青混合料拌和、运输、摊铺、压实等层面分别探讨了相应的施工技术、机械设备、质量控制要点等,切实提高了SMA高弹改性沥青路面的施工质量以及公路的各类性能指标。 The paper discusses the basic composition and performance advantages of SMAhigh elasticmodified asphalt,and emphasizes its remarkable characteristics in highway pavement construction,such as low temperature crack resistance,high temperature stability,water stability,skid resistance,durability and rutting resistance.Combined with the construction process of SMA high elastic modified asphalt pavement,the corresponding construction technology,mechanical equipment and quality control points are discussed from the aspects of raw material test,asphalt mixture ratio design,asphalt mixture mixing,transportation,paving,compaction,etc..The construction quality of SMA high elasticmodified asphalt pavement and various performance indexes of highway are effectively improved.
