摘要
目的探讨伢典微创凝胶治疗小儿龋齿的临床效果。方法选取2021年5月至2023年5月于山东省菏泽市巨野县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心口腔科就诊的86例龋齿患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各43例。对照组予以常规牙钻磨牙法治疗,观察组予以伢典微创凝胶治疗。比较两组临床效果及咀嚼功能。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组咀嚼功能优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论伢典微创凝胶治疗小儿龋齿的临床效果较好,可提高患儿咀嚼功能,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Carisolv minimally invasive gel in the treatment of caries in children.Methods A total of 86 children with caries treated in the Department of Stomatology of Juye County Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center of Heze City of Shandong Province from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine dental drill and molar treatment,and the observation group was given Carisolv minimally invasive gel treatment.The clinical effect and masticatory function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of masticatory function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Carisolv minimally invasive gel in the treatment of caries in children is good,which can improve the masticatory function of children,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
