摘要
目的探讨窝沟封闭术联合多乐氟治疗小儿龋齿的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月滕州市龙泉社区卫生服务中心口腔科收治的67例龋齿患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(33例)和观察组(34例)。对照组采用窝沟封闭术治疗,观察组采用窝沟封闭术联合多乐氟治疗。比较两组窝沟龋与邻面龋发生情况、龋面均值、封闭剂涂层保留情况及远期治疗效果。结果观察组窝沟龋与邻面龋发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组龋面均值低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组封闭剂涂层总保留率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组远期治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论窝沟封闭术联合多乐氟治疗小儿龋齿可减少窝沟龋与邻面龋的发生,防止窝沟封闭剂脱落,远期治疗效果较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pit and fissure sealing combined with Duraphat in the treatment of dental caries in children.Methods A total of 67 children with dental caries admitted to the Department of Stomatology of Longquan Community Health Service Center of Tengzhou City from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(33 cases)and the observati on group(34 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with pit and fissure sealing,and the observation group was treated with pit and fissure sealing combined with Duraphat.The incidence of pit and fissure caries and adjacent caries,the mean value of caries,the retention of sealer coating and the long-term treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of pit and fissure caries in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mean value of caries in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total retention rate of sealer coating in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The long-term total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pit and fissure sealing combined with Duraphat in the treatment of dental caries in children can reduce the occurrence of pit and fissure caries and adjacent caries,prevent the loss of pit and fissure sealer coating,with the better long-term treatment effect.
