摘要
选取合适的本构参数有助于提高橡胶小范围变形的有限元仿真的准确性。文章以轨道交通用某橡胶减振产品的橡胶体为研究对象,首先,利用哑铃型和等双轴试样拉伸试验获得橡胶的应力-应变曲线,拟合得到Mooney-Rivlin的本构参数;然后,利用Abaqus软件进行有限元仿真分析,分别考虑了单轴、等双轴和单轴+等双轴试验数据拟合得到的本构参数对产品垂向静刚度的影响,并与试验结果进行对比验证。结果表明,橡胶材料参数对橡胶减振产品的仿真结果有显著影响,复合Mooney-Rivlin本构参数能较好地预测产品垂向静刚度。
Choosing appropriate constitutive parameters may contribute to improve the accuracy of the finite element simulation of small deformation of rubber.This article takes the rubber body of a certain rubber anti-vibration product for rail transit as the object of study,firstly the stress-strain curves of rubber are obtained through tensile tests on the dumbbell-shaped sample and the equal biaxial sample and then matched to get Mooney-Rivlin constitutive parameters;then the finite element simulation analysis is conducted by Abaqus,taking into account the impact of constitutive parameters matched respectively from the data of uniaxial test,equal biaxial test and uniaxial+equal biaxial test on the vertical static rigidity of the product,and compares the simulation result with the test result for verification.The analysis result shows that the parameters of rubber material has an obvious impact on the simulation result of the rubber anti-vibration product and the composite Mooney-Rivlin constitutive parameters can better predict the vertical static rigidity of the product.
